Contact the customer

Here you record all contacts and actions undertaken with its customers and forwarded to the sales dept.

In the region aimed at telemarketing you can register an action and schedule a date for a close contact.

In the bottom of the page you can also register the contents of a conversation with the customer through the "contact" button, this function will open a separate screen while keeping the main operation active and intact. The whole content of conversations will be recorded in the customer history.
